we argue about most.
Anyone can specify a beautiful faucet. Fewer builders will hold up a schedule to re-pour a slab that is a quarter inch out, or send back a shipment of stone because the veining does not run true across a book-match.
Our superintendents run a maximum of two homes at a time. Our trades have worked with us for decades, not seasons. And every home we build is inspected by a third party at four stages, because your confidence should not rest on our word alone.
We interviewed four builders. Harbor Point was the only one who asked about our life before they asked about our budget.
